F.A.Q

  1. What is the difference between the Fat Loss setting and the Aesthetics setting?

    • Fat Loss – The laser energy is pulsed at a specific rate to reach the adipose tissue (fat cells) and stimulate Cellular Respiration and ATP Synthesis for the immediate release and usage of fat for energy (burned up by the metabolism). This setting is a whole-body treatment for patients with higher body fat percentages or have more than 10 pounds of fat to lose.

    • Aesthetics – The laser energy is pulsed for absorption into the epidermal and dermal layers of the patient’s subcutaneous tissue (skin layers). This will stimulate the healing mechanism of collagen and fibroblast production. This setting is site specific for skin tightening, cellulite removal, and contouring on patients with lower body fat percentages.

  2. Why is there an option for 15- and 30-minute treatments?

    • Aesthetics treatments require a higher dosage of energy than Fat Loss treatments. Some Fat Loss patients may require additional time per session though to reach the desired goal. If the response is nominal after the first 3 treatments at 15 minutes, then you may increase treatment times to 30 minutes for additional energy dosage. If you need more assistance, please contact support@invisaredtech.com

  3. What do I do if the patient does not feel that they are seeing results?

    • Patients will be tacking their results on the invisa-RED™ App. Patients will also have to complete Task on a daily basis to keep track of their compliance to their program. If patients show compliance of the program and are still not seeing results, fill out a patient review form so we can help you get more depth look into how the patients is complying or if we need to adjust settings.

  4. What happens if my device or a paddle is broken or damaged?

    • Please file a service request by clicking on Service Department on the home page. Include in the request a photo or video of the issue. Our Support Team will be notified. You will be instructed on how to proceed. Equipment or paddles may need to be shipped for repair.
